Lag Monitoring

Linden Lab has now given the estate owner a way to monitor every single avatar script time (due to scripted attachments).
Because KOS sits on an old server, we must ask you to minimize the use of scripted attachments as much as possible. And I will personally ask you to remove attachments if you are on top of the laggiest avatars.
